Terms and Conditions Effective as of September 28, 2023 INTRODUCTION The SMS short code 89239 is used by us for message notification and reply. Answering Service for Directors ("ASD", "our", "us" or "we") may use text messages to notify clients of important account information, special promotions and information related to messages we take on your behalf. The ASD Services are intended for clients and their employees, users, and sub-contractors. ASD Services is not targeted to children. Use of this service falls under our short code "Client Notification" program. You may also view our privacy policy, to which you agree by using any of our services. OPT IN AND OPT OUT Clients must opt in to receiving text messages from us by providing your mobile phone numbers and requesting text message delivery of messages. This can be done at account setup time or at any time by calling us at 1-800-868-9950 and asking to speak with a supervisor. We do not automatically opt clients into text message delivery, nor can client opt in by sending a text to our short code. Clients may opt out by calling us at 1-800-868-9950 or by sending the "STOP" keyword to 89239. You may then send the "RESUME" keyword to resume message delivery. You may send the "HELP" keyword to receive general usage assistance, or you may call us at 1-800-868-9950. The number of messages sent will depend on the types of notifications you opt in to as well as the message volume on your account. We typically send one text message per call, although some messages will be too long to fit into a single text message. You can view your message notification settings via our web portal under the Account Data tab, just click on your name. BILLING AND PRICING In order to receive text messages you must either be subscribed to the Freedom Plus plan (at an additional charge) or be on a corporate account for which text messaging is enabled. Business owners and their delegates may add this service to their account by calling 1-800-868-9950. You may need to fill out a form and fax it back to us with your signature. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. AVAILABILITY List of Supported Carriers: Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Cellular One Dobson, Cincinnati Bell, Interop-RCC Unicel, Nextel, Virgin Mobile, Boost, U.S. Cellular, ALLTEL, MetroPCS Short code messaging may not be available on all devices or mobile phone accounts.
